What should I wear to my sister's 23rd birthday celebration? It's at a resturant then a friend's house. We'll be taking tons of pics so I want to look nice. It's been really hot lately so I'm kinda limited which sucks since I have a lot of long sleeved blouses .Any ideas? Thanks. =)

wear a cute flirty dress
or a cute dressy top with some skinny or straight legged jeans.
with a short heel.

It's usually cold in AC restaurants, so maybe you could wear a long sleeve blouse there, with a nice short sleeve or sleeveless top underneath. Then, when you go to the friend's house, you can remove it!
