OK. First everyone who said you have enough RAM is correct. The person who said to download more RAM... well you cannot "download more RAM" as RAM is hardware not software. Check and see what type of video card you are using. Is it onboard or a third party i.e. B.F.G, XFX, ATI etc. If it is third party, how much RAM does the card have itself (128, 256, 512) and what type of RAM is it DDR 1, DDR 2, DDR 3 etc. You want at least 256. If your video is on board than you will need to go into CMOS and see how much RAM the system is sharing with the onboard graphic card. To get to CMOS hit F2, or delete when system is booting (first comes on). IF you have any trouble you can always call the tech support of what ever brand computer you have and ask for help. Just be prepared to possibly be on hold for a long time.

You have 960mb alright but you are most like using integrated graphics that is just sharing 64mb from system RAM. Try increasing that to 128mb or higher if possible (in BIOS). Also use 16 bit color quality instead of 32bit. Try reducing display resolution. Adjust them in display properties.

BUT best would be to put a "real" graphics card in there.
