that feature white man and black woman relationships? there a lot of movies that have a couple or two in the background but I'm looking for movies that star a white man and black woman romantically involved?

I thought I was the only one who heard of neo ned Gloryus! I'm waiting for it to be released also, It's been out for 2 years now! for anybody who hasn't heard of neo ned, it's an unlikely (to say the least) and funny love story between a black woman and a white man in a mental institution and the white man happens to be a neo nazi who believes the black woman is hitler reincarnated. the movie had a lot of good reviews when it opened. here is a clip from the movie

I really appreciate everyone's answers, thanks. I listed movies above from my list that weren't named, so the answers on this page are pretty complete, whew!;-) my all-time favorite that I've seen is Mr. and Mrs. Loving. here is an interview and article from the real-life couple on abc news for anyone who's interested

I have quite a collection of such movies going for myself. LETS CHECK OUT MY COLLECTION: Guess Who, Boiler Room, 007 After The Sunset, Serenity, 28 days later, Trauma, Something new etc. Theres one with Orlando Bloom and Zoe Saldana, but I cant remember the name. I think Ill watch "Guess Who" with my boyfriend sometime soon.... its one of my favourites. The one Im dying to see is NEO NED with Gabrielle Union..... that is one VERY INTERESTING movie, but they are still looking for a distributor here in the USA.

Not many movies for this type of romance. I would recommend you see,
Zebrahead,
A Bronx Tale,
Foreign Student (with Robin Givens),
Monster's Ball,
The Bodyguard,
Haven (with Orlando Bloom and Zoe Salanda),
Something New,
Sexual Life (small story of interracial romance).
Besieged
There are others but the above are all stories about a black woman and white man falling in love. Sexual Life has parallel story lines and an interracial couple just so happens to be one. Last King of Scotland also has an interracial romance. There's another, that I can't think of the name to. If I remember I'll answer back!
I would also recommend "Lie With Me", it's not interracial, but it's a good romance movie for a couple, no matter what race.

The original "Guess who's coming to dinner" is really good. Another one (which is hard to find but I've heard is worth the wait) is "Mr and Mrs. Loving". It's the true story of the interracial couple that married when it was against the law in West Virginia. They had to go all the way to the Supreme Court before the law was overturned.
Also "Corrina, Corrina" with Whoopi Goldberg and Ray Liotta.

Alfie, MI2,strange days, truth be told, angel heart, barber shop, constellation, supernova. There are not a lot of movies that has this as a central love story with out showing it in the light of some kind of racial tension. It is time for at least one considering there is a whole generation of children that are the off spring of that kind of union now....

The Black Knight, "I, Robot" has a supporting actress scientist role, almost at the level of "Milla Jovovich (mutipass girl)" in "The 5th Element", but I should have read your added details before putting these next ones on the list.....AVP, "Beverly Hills Ninja", "Sahara" (as action packed and lively as they come), "Shaolin Soccer" proof that the many years head start the Chinese had in motion picture making, keeps them at the cutting edge in use of color, and special effects. Kung Pow, Kung Fu Hustle,(more amazingly entertaining Chinese effects, "Bubble Boy" a polished B grade film, complete with the villain, the girl love interest, the never ending and perfectly exaggerated human stereotyping whereas it would be hard to point out if any culture was left out.... but the sleeper of the century and a must see, (although maybe not as "obviously" interracial as the others) would be S1MONE, reached my top 5 list of all time easily.....you'll laugh so hard megabytes will shoot out of your ears, while you pee your pants.
