Unfortunately when people suffer from a life threatening disease suddenly the important things in life come into focus.
So I prefer neither honestly but if I must choose I would pick #1 Poverty with true love at my side. Not an easy answer that's for sure.

Number 1, don't care about fame, only need enough money to keep the bills paid, hope that I do not have to deal with a life threatening disease, but if I did my true love and God would help me through it.

I'd take number one. There's nothing good about being rich with no one to share it with, and you certainly wouldn't want to have everything but your health. I'll be poor with my family and a husband and some kids any day of the week. It seems more worth my while.
