Yes, there's some fine print in your lease that deals with illegal activities. Your landlord probably could just call the cops and let them haul you off to jail.

Yes... any illegal activity is valid cause for eviction...
You won't stand a chance in any court, and further if it ever went to court, you would need to explain / testify, which most probably land you in deeper troubles...
