I think that if you are have french heritage it is nice but if you don't come up woth something else because people will always think that she is french.

I'd lose the hyphen, otherwise I like it. Fleur is French for 'flower'. Nice and feminine.

Are you trying to say Fleur D'Leis either way it sounds like the name of a flower shop in Ft.Worth Tx.Cute for them but not for a baby.Try Lily,Rose,Goldie,Diamond,Coral,Kozi,Coco,their different and unusual.

I like it alot as a first and middle name, but take out the hyphen. Since its already not something like Mary-Jane, I think you already have uniqueness.
