i dont realy want action but a little ok
romance is ok (but as a subplot)
drama is ok in small doses
i want just a funny(more for teen - adult but kid is ok too) stupid show (like Ranma 1/2)
BUT IT MUST HAVE ATLEAST SOME SORT OF PLOT LINE (a med ro complex one perfirbly but ill take a light on too)
plz be specific in discrybing the anime (if you can)

Welcome to the NHK- This is the story of a Hikkomori named Satou, and a girl he met attempt to cure him. Satou though, tries to hide the fact that he is a Hikkomori and pretends to be a game developer (he works on eroge games with his neighbor). Dai Mahou Touge- A sweet young girl is next in line to become queen. Before she can ascend her thrown however, she must live on Earth for a year. The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya- I second this recommendation. Haruhi is the most excentric person ever, always looking for an interesting and exciting mystery. Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei- Probably the funniest thing on tv right now. The story revolves around a teacher who is the most pessimistic person in the world and he is always attempting to commit suicide. In direct opposition to this, the most optimistic girl in the world is one of his students. We see both of their ridiculous views clash as the teacher deals with the other problamatic students in his class (the stalker, the girl with multiple personalities, the quiet irl but troll online girl, the illegal immigrant, the perfectionist, the girl with tale fettishes, etc). http://myanimelist.net/anime.php?id=2605

Hilarious, and even after you finish watching it there are plenty parodies on youtube to keep you occupied long after.
Also, Ouran High School Host Club.
Romance themed, but pretty damn funny.

Great Teacher Onizuka (GTO) comes to my mind the moment I read your describtions of the anime.
It's a story about a teacher named Onizuka. He's not just an ordinary teacher, he's actually a former member of a motorcycle gang, but he dreams to be the greatest teacher in Japan! Awesome anime, I love it. =)

it's about a pirate guy, he's an idiot and stupid, who searches for new comrades to begin his journey with, his comrades are stupid and everyone has a funny point, I mean it's damn funny, one piece is the name of the treasure that the main character is searching for, it has comedy and action (not 2 much romance), the story is their journey to accomplish their dreams!
I dunno if you'll like or not, because it has action and adventure, but there's a bunch of comedy scenes for sure!
I think you'll like it, give it a try :)

ouran high school host club!
its funny but theres mostly romance.
i think u'll survive it tho.
it talks about this rich group of boys whos job is to 'make all the girls in the school happy'. by basically making them fall in love with them.
but everything changes when an unwilling member joins the group [pretending to be a boy] she breaks an expensive pot and has to join the group to repay for the damages.
the rest of the story is wat happens.
