A 12 year old isn't going to earn that kind of money quickly. You're too young to get a regular job. And forget about all those online opportunities -- either they want money up front or they're collecting personal info.
You're best bet to earn money is odd jobs -- baby sit, mow lawns, rake leaves, wash cars, etc. But it's gonna take you some time to earn $1200.

Try raise donation fund, let the public know like local newspaper. Ask relative or friends for borrow $, if don't work go to like bank loan $ but will cost you arm and leg in interest rate while, just don't do crime like robbed or sell drug. That will be the easy way, but will hurt your whole life.
