google earth?

ok i have google earth and wen i opended for like the the 2nd time its like the pictures hadnt changed at all since the 1st time and wen i opended the 3rd time at night it still showed it as day is it supposed to update the pics wen u open or is mine just screwed up

Google Earth is not a live view of the earth. It's just a reference tool. It would be nice if it were a true satellite spying device and see what people are doing. Maybe we could find Bin Laden with that!

Google earth contains pictures stored from years ago. It is unfortunately not real time satellite images but then during the night, you wouldn't about to see at all.. so yeah google earth is just one photo of earth.

I think whoever creates the google earth site updates the pictures every now and than (i don't know exactly how often). But the picture is not live

Try and find the great white shark off the coast of san fransisco...right next to a small island. The military aircraft graveyard south of tuson is great too.

Hi Google Earth uses stored images. They are not in real time. This is normal.

Google Earth is just a map, but in the "bestest" detail you can ever get. It doesn't update: and it's akward to see if it's night.

It always shows daytime. It's the only useful thing to look at.
