The act of, upon reaching a stop light/sign, all the members of a vehicle bail out and dash laps around the car until the light changes or the other people around you get really pissed.

It's where you stop the car and yell, "Chinese Fire Drill" and everyone opens the doors and runs around and changes places in the car. Then you drive on.

its like when you get to a traffic light everyone in the car runs laps around the car until it turns green or ppl start getting ticked off
