I think it has to do with what the media portrays of him. He's a nice person. Everytime someone mentions him flame wars start.

Many people do not realize many of his disicions are influenced by others at capital hill. If he made a bad choice, it was not all him.

(Serious answers please)

Yes, I apologize for the misspelled words. The spell check would not go over them, and I'm not good at words with multiple vowels.

It isn't him. I think we are just fed up with the entire government. His ratings are terrible and congress's ratings are even worse. We have the lowest rated congress in the history of the United States.

I do not hate him as a a person but he lied about the Iraq war and he blindly dragged us in there because we all had a single moment of unity in this country after 9/11 . We were vulnerable and he took advantage of us and dragged us into Iraq. He said mission accomplished. He put this country into an unnecessary war. Now we are billions of dollars in debt, thousands of troops are dead and we cannot get out of this war. What is the mission...to eliminate terrorism in the middle east? That is impossible! To create a democracy in a country that was only a few years ago a dictatorship? Who does Bush think he is? He and the troops can not possibly do that! It is not that I do not back my troops but I am pointing out the truth!

I feel bad for the people who say they support the troops but then they deny the cold, hard facts! Why the heck are we still there? He thinks he can change these terrorists minds but he cannot and every terrorist that he kills he is angering more people into becoming terrorists! we made more of a mess there than there already was. Meanwhile, here he is trying to limit people's rights, let illegal aliens stay in our country, he is not protecting our borders from his worst fear (terrorists) which basically makes him a hypocrite because he is willing to fight terrorists half way around the world yet he can not protect his own country, sending our jobs to china, the housing market is in shambles, ruining the economy, he and his administration are corrupt and the list goes on.

He is messing EVERYTHING up for our future generations! And what REALLY bothers me is that in a year he will just leave the mess he made on the next poor slob of a president and us Americans while he retires to his Crawford ranch. It makes me SICK!

its unfair to say serious answers please, everyone here has an opinion, and they all have a different way of saying it.

george bush is a sensitive issue. of course, if he made a bad choice its not ALL him, but its mostly him, besides, if he made the bad descision, why didnt the other people on capitol hill stop it?

there is no real explanation for the war, and theres no proof that the terrorists were from back east, or if there was any REAL terrorists. no one can prove that. everyone made the assumption that there were terrorists, even if there were radio calls from the planes involved in the crashes. i know im going to upset alot of people who had loved ones in the 9/11 incidents, and we all prayed for them.

i agree with you when it wasnt all him. i believe that george bush isnt the only problem, and it dosnt matter what president we have.

this is a very very sensitive issue, and i hope i didnt cause to many people to flare up, or heart broken, hey, all i can say is sorry.

First of all, do you know him personally?? You think he's such a nice person... Secondly, how is it that we should change our opinions about a moronic president when the person asking us to admire him cannot even spell? Take a look at what he's really done to this country during his own little 'reign of terror'. Maybe ask someone who's not allowed to marry or perhaps someone living in New Orleans, or a mother who's son/daughter has been sacrificed overseas if they think this president has a 'nice personality'. Nice person! Give me a break. As for his choices, of course the entire government is made up of many fatheads with lots of checks and balances to ensure that not just one person makes all decisions. I think we all realize that we live in a democracy not a tyrannical society. But ultimately, he is the president, the commander in chief--choke, choke--and we the people (well, that is the idiots that voted for him and the rest of us who are held hostage by that, ahem, 'vote') expect a little bit of work out of him. So he should be held accountable for his actions, everyone else is. One question for you...are you a young republican?? If so, please, take some advice and REPENT!

I don't hate president Bush. I just think he's a horrible, horrible president.

Yes, many of his decisions are influenced by others. Nonetheless, he is still the one who makes those decisions. He could ask for the advice of others, people outside his immediate circle of yes-men, but he never does. That's why he makes such terrible decisions, and that's why everything he touches turns to s**t.

He is dragging the country down with him, and he does not have the sense to change direction or put the breaks on. That's why I object to his policies so strongly, and that's why I find the people who support his policies so exasperating.

It has nothing to do with the media's portrayal of him, except to the extent that they expose his dishonesty and incompetence.

Hope this answers your question.

Hey Andrew, I just think that people hate him cuz he started a war in all. I think some people didn't like his dad, either so they just did not give him a chance. I think that he has been through a lot with the war, and he was just doing his job to protect america when he started the war. You should watch this video:

http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=7866929448192753501&q=loose+change+recut

It is called loose change. It basically shows how bush planned 9/11. I don't believe it, but it is interesting. Well, see ya ♥

because for one thing he is an idiot, he should have listened to what dick cheney said in 1994, (you can hear his speech on youtube for yourself) that we would be IDIOTS to invade Iraq. Because he is a liar, e.g when he says if we leave Iraq now the terrorists will follow to the USA, how will they follow, in their boats, ships, planes, jets, they do NOT have any of that. If they could come to the USA they would do it now as any one can see all the big, fat juicy targets that are unguard here. He's a nice person? Pathetic.

To quote the dictionary...
hate verb, hat·ed, hat·ing, noun
–verb (used with object)
1. to dislike intensely or passionately; feel extreme aversion for or extreme hostility toward; detest: to hate the enemy; to hate bigotry.
2. to be unwilling; dislike: I hate to do it.
–verb (used without object)
3.to feel intense dislike, or extreme aversion or hostility.
–noun
4.intense dislike; extreme aversion or hostility.
5.the object of extreme aversion or hostility.

Many people may disagree with what has been done the past few years, many have takein liberty to say how they feel about such issues, and as we all know his popularity was 28%, the last i heard. However even though he may be "looked down upon" i do not feel that there are many who are so far into thier disagreement that, their feelings have lead them to the realm or stage called hatred.

Why is it all the questions posted by Bush people have misspelled words in them?

I know many nice people that are not intelligent and are not who I would want running the country.

His DECISIONS are his responsibilities....I don't care who influences him....this war is HIS FAULT...He is the Commander in Chief and he said GO.

I don't know if he is a nice person or not, I've never met the man, but he appears to be pretty dumb, Republican, in favor of big business and the NRA.....he has gotten our country into a war that did not need to be, he has driven the debt out of this world, he pardoned a person who blew the cover of a government operative....and he can't speak without tripping over himself.

How many times have you met the President?

I don't hate President Bush, I think he has done a good job protecting our country since 9-11. There are a lot of people that don't like President Bush because he is not a Left Wing Liberal. Everyone is entitled to their opinion. A lot of the criticism comes from people that run their mouth to criticize, but have no solutions to any of the problems our country faces. Then you have the Socialists that want the government to take care of them because they are to lazy or stupid to take care of themselves. I could go on and on, but you get the picture.

Ive come to the conclusion that it doesnt matter who becomes president, Someone will hate Him/her.
Political parties are a way to keep the country divided.
As for stealing the vote???? Didnt he win the electoral votes?Maybe not the popular vote but thats the system for ya.
& Iraq I believe congress had to vote on that right????

Now about the media, If you havent realized it yet most are owned by liberals. So why would they say anything good about Bush.
