I would allow some harsher criminal punishments. Also, I would make it where celebrities don't get special treatment for committing crimes. I mean, Lindsay Lohan for example...1 day in jail...1. Nicole Richie---82 minutes. And Michael Vick can possibly, on the HIGH END, may only receive 3 years after what he did to all of those dogs. And not only that but the prosecutors actually gave him the plea deal. Celebrities don't have diplomatic immunity...they deserve the same punishment as regular people. I rest my case.........

The presidential election conventions should be held the first two weeks in August with the party holding the Whitehouse choosing to go first or second. No public money can be spent on primaries before May 1 of that year.
This years elections are rediculous.

We have too many laws already, so I want a law that says when a new law is made, two old ones have to be eliminated

1. if a man doesn't own up to the responsibility of his pregnant wife/girlfriend WHILE SHE IS PREGNANT, then he loses the 50/50 parental rights after the DNA test. and must repay the woman "X" amount and the state.
2. if a woman lies about the who the father is, she is fined/jailed.
3. if a man/woman abuses/stalks the mate or former mate and a restraining order is issued, he loses the right to have any connection with the children. the woman doesn't have to tell of her wherabouts or where the children go to school. he does have to continue paying for child support.

I think being an idiot should be against the law..and I think anyone who is rude,obnoxious and vulgar should go to jail too..there should be a law against idiots and *******!

They should make it illegal and child abuse to allow young children to watch movies like that scary one with a character called "Chuckie" I hear about that movie all the time from the preschoolers I work with.

a great law would be its hard to explain so ill use an fake example
lets say i get mugged i shoot the guy but he lives when he gets better he can sue me
i dont think u should be able to sue after you commit a crime

A law I think they should make is That the goverment needs to be serious about taking all illegal immagrants and deport them back to where ever they came from!!!!!!!!!

Conficate the automobile of anybody caught driving drunk, Just take it, drive them home, and sell the car for use of law enforcement. I guarantee this will stop DWI within 6 months........########
