Okay, so I had half a sandwich that I offered to my boyfriend. He hesitated, but said he'd eat it. As a joke, I acted like I was going to give it to my dog, and my boyfriend didn't "try to stop me." I kept saying "You didn't even..." but I couldn't think of the word. I think there's one word that means the same as my boyfriend trying to stop me from feeding it to my dog. I know this is a dumb question, but it's driving me crazy! The more I think about it, the more I realize that there probably isn't a word anyway. You'd probably just say that he didn't try to stop me. Anyway, thanks a lot!

He didn't care. He didn't protest. He didn't challenge you. He didn't object. He didn't squawk. He didn't resist.

Did you want him to beg like a dog for half of a sandwich?

"You didn't even object!"

That's all i can think of, it was the first word that popped into my head.

(i hate that! when you forgot something and it bugs you for a few days until one day it just clicks in your head!)

I don't believe there's a word for that. But you could make one!
