You should have asked to talk to the manager and reported it to him.

I worked at several restaurants when I was younger and we were not required to wear gloves, however let me tell you the lady washes her hands as much as you blink. We were required to wash our hands if we touched anything other than a food, or cooking utensil. Honestly I only know of one place where gloves are worn and that is subway. As far as that goes did you notice that the girl you paid took your money, walked over to the fry bin and NEVER washed her hands-now how sanitary is that, money is like the most NASTIEST thing in the world! Next time you eat out, pay attention to that!

Nobody ever wears gloves at McD's. They are required to wash their hands every 15 minutes for 30 seconds. Gloves are no more sanitary than that because they touch the same things as your hands!

Well ask yourself which is worse no gloves or gloves that they have on all day doing who knows what. I have seen people scratch their heads, mop floors all with gloves on. Gloves are not a magical solution meaning that there are no improper uses the hands while serving.

theyre not required to wear gloves. bc one of my close freinds talked to the big people at mcdonalds. and they had to explain to her, that they use this soap santizer stuff to keep their hands clean.

so talking to the manager, wont help. bc thats how they do things.

and for rosanna....alot of fast food rest...dont require gloves. at wendy's tho, we do. and its one of the most important things we stress, is always wear gloves, and u the things you dont wear gloves is when dropping FRIED product (you have to wear gloves when dropping grilled chicken) and when working on the grill.

burger king doesnt require gloves, i dont kno why.
mcdonalds doesnt require gloves either, and i just explained that one.

Did you drive away?
If you didn't can you image how many times we order our food and don't get to see the cook, but the food is delicious right. She should have had gloves and a hair net.
I still love fast food, who doesn't.

I'd worry about cross-contamination. Did this person handle the buns & other stuff before washing? If so, it could make you sick!
