i feel like i could eat and eat and still not feel satisfied. i want sweets and chocolate and all kinds of junk food. at this rate, i'm going to gain 10 lbs by the end of the week. what can i do to stop?

Eat something healthy that isn't candy if you have it, but if you really have to have chocolate, only have a few pieces and don't go back! XD Do something else that'll be away from food so you're not as tempted. Drink fluids to help fill up the spaces for food. You'll probably lose weight if you do that though...

Have you ever tried to freeze fruit? Like bananas and grapes? It sounds odd, but they taste FAR sweeter when frozen and can often kill that craving for sugar. Seriously, try it!

do some kind of excercise, whether it is going for a run or going to the gym. i never feel hungry after i workout.
