Why can't I stream radio? I could before downloading "Bubble" and I can stream video,(news etc)?

All appears to be normal except there is an icon that says dialup speed but I'm on broadband. Is that the reason? I've tried clicking on it but nothing happens. If this is the problem, how do I change the setting to broadband?

Do a System Restore (will wipe out Bubble) and see if you can stream again.
