Someone gave me an answer, saying this: "if you are THAT sensitive..you should never use this site..because it is inevitable." & she hurt my feelings.

No, it is not true. Just because some of us are sensitive to the a s s holes of the world does not mean that WE are wrong.

I think that it is to a degree, true. But, you don't have to worry. It's just that you have taken her general statement, "because it is inevitable" and added: that someone would be offensive to YOU. She probably meant that it is inevitable that people will be rude, or funny, or insensitive to others, not necessarily toward only you. I wouldn't worry about it. It's not being mean to you.

I am THAT sensitive, and I still use this site because I have
found many friends on here. If someone hurts you, block them !
The friends outweigh the mean people by far !

When you use this site, your opening your self up for anything from support to abuse. If some one is being a douche bag, you need to let it go and move on. Most of the people here will never say the things they say to your face. Any one being that rude and insensitive is most likely a coward

People can be jerks online. Like on youtube there was this kid who was kinda pudgy. A bunch of his comments was people calling him fat. I mean, do people have nothing better than to bash a 12 year old kid? Jerks.

To be honest "YES"
This site does offend people and make you feel mad or sad in some way.You never know what your question will lead people thinking.But it's after all just some words and they don't even know you so you shouldn't feel bad.
