Check and see if you have Realtek Audio Manager, it has a few pitch adjusting settings.

If you are using Media Player, check the Enhancements menu for Play Speed Settings. Reset it to 1.0.

Right-click the top bar and choose View> Enhancements> Play Speed Settings.
