DeWalt 18 volt w/ the XRP batteries are the best.they re balanced great, batteries last much longer and ive dropped mine from my 6 ft ladder too many times to count and it works just fine.
im an hvac tech so i use it all day every day and drill 2 9/16 holes with no problems

18 amp or volt if you are using just for screwdriver not drill then you can get one of those impact drivers or get a Milwaukee 18 v drill cant beat it
Dewalt is for those that cant afford Milwaukee i used to use them before they merged with black and decker just not the same.

18 volt not amps.
At the places where I have worked, we have used DeWalt. There were some Milwaukee drills there too.
