My monitor, system unit, & back of the keyboard have current when touched. There must be something wrong. Please help me.

You're plugged into an outlet that an idiot wired, and doesn't have the ground lug connected.

Well, considering that my PC does that too, I'm gonna say that's normal. If you must touch it, to avoid electrocuting yourself, turn the power switch on the back of your power supply OFF or if there is no power switch, unplug the power cable from the back of your computer. Obviously, you're going to want to save all your stuff and shut down before you do that though.
