At that point destiny determines us.

So, the old 'free will versus determinism ' question again...We have to make choices in life without knowing what the consequences will be, and sometimes events happen which we don't choose but must survive. There is no destiny, no pre-determination, no guarantees, only choices. The basketball player ends up poor because that's the way we choose to structure society, not because of destiny.

Our destiny influences who we become but does not hold the only determining factor!

Destiny determines us. It's like we're in a maze, and we have so many choices. But there's only one exit. No matter where you turn or what choice you make, you will remain lost until you find THE exit. Destiny always wins.

I think we can determine it to an extent; i.e. education, life choices, etc; however I do believe in destiny.
