Apparently, the rumor is he died today and either Cuba or the U.S. is supposed to announce something by the end of the night.

Considering this rumor first surfaced on the celebertiy gossip site Perez Hilton.com, I find it very hard to beleive. World cahnging news and celeberty gossip are two different things.

Have not heard anything tonight, just word that he as not been well.

I doubt the US will immediately lift the embargo once Castro dies, but will wait to see what the new government does.

I bet Hugo Chavez is anxious.

I just saw this too, and went to cnn and saw no reports....according to Perez, Miami Police were waiting til rush hour was over to make the announcment (after 6pm EST) well its 9pm there right now.... and nothing, guess we will have to wait and see

Wouldnt surprise me either way. Theyve rumored Castros death so many times its hard to keep up. I'll take a wait and see attitude. I hope he is dead, one less commie to cause trouble.

Well Perez Hilton's website has an update that says they stand behind their news 100%.......

So we shall see.....I have a gut feeling it's true. Dunno why, just do.
