What, you want all boys to pay attention to you and ur 13. First, you dont want that much of attention, not all boys are nice. Second, stop hogging the spotlight, let some other people be the star for awhile. Besides, boys are going to pay attention to you no matter how much attention they are paying to other people. Third, it appears like ur jealous, dont be and dont worry, people are going to your party. And 5th, it looks like you are high maintenance material, you should work on that because believe it or not you are not always going to be the star.

You are too young for guys hunn. Wait 2 years or more, when you actually understand guys. But if you must, then just wear a nice tank top and a short skirt and act all flirty and mingle with everyone at the party.
