Yes, if you can show that it is different from males in the same situation. You need to be able to show there is not only a clear gender difference, but also show that it should result in differential treatment as opposed to the same treatment. For example, children who are abused are many times more likely to be abused in the future, but the treatment to prevent reabuse is the same generally. So the form in that case is different but the response is the same and so it is not a woman's issue. However, that does not mean that there are not reasons to provide different responses. In fact, in other areas of treatment, there should be differential response because men and women are facing different expectations and constraints.

Men, generally, are less free socially, particularly in this case. So treatment of men needs to be different than women.
