Let's see - he caused Katrina, made the bridge collapse in MN, he was behind 9/11, caused the tsunami....that stuff takes time, you know.
(This is sarcasm, kids....)
EDIT: would it *really* matter what anyone said? Several people have listed positive things, and you simply dismiss them.
The tax cuts stimulated the economy. If your local economy sucks, move. In spite of having more than 99% of my state locked up against development, we are BOOMING. Restaurants here close periodically due to lack of staff. Every single person I know that wants a job, has a job - and a job with benefits. When I was in Chicago and Washington state recently, they both looked like they were doing pretty darned well, too - and my friends who live there aren't whining.
We have not had another strike on American soil - that's a fact.
Is Bush perfect? Good God no - far from it. But to say that he's done nothing for the country is just biased BS. I can admit Clinton did some good things - why can't the "tolerant" left give Bush any credit?

The Economy is booming, lowest unempolyment record in history. That's what he's done, not to mention so many other environmental policies he has applied - such as Clean Coal technology!!
There's a whole list of things ... but Libs will deny them just so they can hate the President, I've never in all my born days see so much hate.
Let it go Lefties .... it'll give you ulcers.

Sure- remember that time he jilted us out of 8 billion dollars for a stockpile of Tamiflu to fight the Bird Flu pandemic that was going to kill us all? Not only has there been no case of human to human transmission of that disease yet, but according to WebMD, that virus is already immune to Tamiflu. Why buy 8 billion dollars of a drug that doesn't work on a disease that doesn't really exist? Because Donald Rumsfeld was the Chairman of Gilead Sciences, the company that invented Tamiflu.
How about July of '01, when the Federal Government was supposed to be mediating a contentious Longshoreman's contract, but he violated any credibility the Whitehouse had by sending the National Guard in to scab? That led directly to the Dock Lockout in December that year, and cost retailers Billions of dollars in what should have been a busy season.
My personal favorite, is that he ran his second campaign on the darkest aspects of our society; racism and homophobia. Basically, he promised a to keep Mexicans out of the country, and an amendment to the Constitution (like he could) to prevent Gay people from calling themselves married. The poorly named "Bible Belt" ate it up.
Oh, I almost forgot the abandonment of the 4th, 5th, 6th, 8th, and 10th amendments to the same Constitution that he's twice now sworn to uphold to the best of his ability. I guess he really just isn't that competent.
See? The Iraq war isn't the ONLY thing he's screwed us with!

1) The economy is booming (overall)
2) Pushed out legislation before the dems. took congress, now nothing is coming out.
3) cut taxes
And this presidents legacy is all about the war on terror, so that would be his main complimenting features. Just like Bill Clintons legacy is a stain in the White House carpet.

Bankrupted it, divided it's people socially, politically, etc, to a point it may never be truly unified again, turned the civilized world against us, allowed infrastructure to deteriorate, and left a major city in ruins.

What's the Bush admin done?
Well, by the time they're done they'll have taken a trillion dollars from the economy and given most of it to their corporate masters. ...And left Americans with that trillion dollars in debt to pay off... you, your kids, your grandkids... as many generations as it takes.
Aside from that, and working as hard as they can to earn the world's indignation and disrespect... not much.

just off the top of my head, they have cut taxes for every citizen, eliminating them entirely for the poorest, given us routine record breaking stock markets, lowest unemployment rate in decades, reduced the deficit the last three years running (even while doing the unmentionable), and have given us our strongest economy since the fifties.
