She gave me a "What's up with that" look afterwards but also a smile. Was that a GO signal or was it nothing? I am confused.

Yes, accident. Don't you sometimes call others "dear" or "honey" by mistake because you thought you were talking to your spouse?

If you are even asking this question I doubt the kiss was an accident.......better take along hard look at your "selfs' intentions" and put them in check no matter what the look on her face meant.

was it really an accident? She was probably being nice and was embarrassed so she smiled to let you know it was nothing and to make you feel better. Just the fact that you seem to be looking for the GO would make you the worst brother ever.

The look was probably out of surprise, and the smile was her probably realizing you did it by accident. It's really nothing to worry about. I'd just forget it ever happened.

Accidently? How do you accidently kiss someone? It was probably an 'accidental' smile. It probably gave her an ego boost, but if you think you are confused, imagine how she might feel.

Go signal if you wants to step forward and start of something more in your mind? That's nothing, it's accidental and forget about it.

If you didn't slip her the tongue it was just an accident. Leave it at that. She probably was surprised and then she liked it a bit. I have done that by accident. It was no big deal.

uh, do you mean does she want you? If she does, and you want her too, that is wrong.

I have never accidentally called someone "dear" or "honey" thinking I was speaking to my significant other.

But good luck to you anyway.

Nothing wrong with that, my sisters husband always gives me a kiss and hug. So what?

Accident no, go signal no, because it already
happened.

That's funny. Anyway, I am surprised to hear that you are curious whether she was interested or not. Why would you care? You love your brother, right? So stay away from his wife.
