I wouldnt blame it on testosterone.
Men traditionally have had all of the power, therefore they did and ran most things. I don't think that there is a deficiency in men.

Nothing. Levels of aggression in males is the product of adrogens. Males often have weak egos. They, not infrequently, resort to physical methods to defend it. Participating in war seems to me to be a desired activity for many males. It's sorta like gaining "power over" the vanquished. Infant males have a higher death ratio than female infants, which is a strong indicator of just how fragile males are. Most males seek to be the alpha male of their peer group. There can be only one alpha male in any group excluding organizations and programs created by women, for women. Males are territorial, which is not a negative. However, the need for power is the overwhelming ambition of most males. It's sorta like a fighting bull pawing the earth in a display of challenge. Hopefully, in the near future, populations will acknowledge and accept the reality that the value of gender is equal, just different.

No, we were just able to express our animal instinct. Women were not in high class of society that days and didn't have possibility to express theirs. Moreover, men have that protective and wild behavior because almost everywhere they must protect their wives, kids, or get a food, make a fortune, and they had to fight for all of that. However, in my opinion, times are changing and now women are more dominant, they control the world with their beautiful look and their more developed brain (probably developed while men were fighting against eachother). Oh God, I love women! LOL

No, it is just that on average, males are a more aggressive gender than females.

It's this thing called testosterone that drives us to conquer, to excel, to dominate, to seek success, for good or evil.
