Different and unique baby names seem to be the 'in' thing. I personally am more traditional with names like Charlotte, Audrey, Benjamin, etc.
But, there is this one name I just can't help but love that is on the unique side! It's Jett. I like Jettson, too.
Do you like the name?

I have a "wierd" name, and really resented it growing up. I could never get those cool personalized pencils, barettes, etc... However, now I love it. I can just sign my first name at work and am confident there is no other.
Also, my name is Jetaun, and my nickname it Jet - which I love. I think Jett would be a cool name for your son. Jettson may lead to coutnless years of harrassment. Kids are cruel, heck so aren't adults. Just think - they'll be calling him George, a in George Jetson. Which sounds harmless enough, but can really get under a child's nerves. So go w/Jett. I also love the "old-fashioned" names you've mentioned as well.

I love Jett! I know a little boy named Jett and it's so fitting. I do not like Jettson, however.

Go with the name you feel is perfect for the baby you are carrying....example...I always loved the name Christian, but I had two boys that didn't quite fit with the name Christian (Marcelo & Julian are their names), THEN, I finally had my baby Christian the third time around, along with his identical twin brother, Alexandre. So, if it feels right, especially after you meet him for the first time, go with Jett! I do agree with the others that Jettson would provoke some teasing, however, you could just go with Jett or create a longer name like Jettlan or something?

Jett is great for a kid or teen (not Jettson), but I don't think it will work when he's an adult

I much prefer Jett to Jettson - the latter reminds me of the cartoons (which I hated and still do).

Jett is a great name have u ever watched Disney? There use to be a show called the famous Jett Jackson...He was hot I would name my son that.
