I have a few personal things dangling over my head forgivingly. I find it harder to fall asleep and i think about them almost every waking moment, except when i am busy...and i try to keep busy. I don't need advise on how to solve these stress problems i am just wondering how much it can really affect you specifically when i am training. (running, working out, ect)
Some days i find myself just totally lazy and unable to perform how i want to. For example i usually can get on the treadmill and run 5 miles without a whole lot of trouble but today i got on and could barely do 2, i wasn't sore or anything before, but i just got really tired with camps in my gut. Can this all be blamed on stress....i like to believe i have strong will power, but obviously its not strong enough....
I would rate my stress about 9/10 and not being exaggerated
anyone know?

Stress or worries can affect you a lot. You'll get to normal when things are peaceful, not in that way of asking so much of all your senses. Depending on the issue's nature so is the recipe on focusing and maybe put it under some mental simple discipline.
Unless you're in love........ in that case, suffer!!! Get unbeared, out of hunger, see no one else, and so on like is supposed to be ............ joking to cheer you up!

I know personally it can make your joints and back stiff and can cause mouth and stomach ulcers.
I don't know about the training that you asked about specifically. I don't know how it effects endurance but I bet your mind would be more likely to give up when stressed.
I'm not disagreeing and saying your will power is weak, but perhaps it is weakened.

Stress can kill and literally it can cause heart attacks and it can cause strokes. Why do you think that they tell people who have high blood pressure not to let their stress raise their blood pressure?? One of the reasons that children are out of school next to migraines and asthma are stress caused stomach aches, Stress is an insidious problem and it can cause all sorts of physical problems.

Stress, can cause a person with Bi-polar to cycle , and can deplete your immune system and if your prone to cancer it can bring that to the fore, raise your blood pressure, It can make a person with fibromyalgia wish they hadn't woken up in the morning, and those are just a few things that I have experienced.
