I see an old person with gray hair , blue eyes that don't see as good as they once did, (frustrating to say the least) She has walked the extra mile, and kept on trodding, and am I okay with her, she has become familiar, and she ain't about to go away , I'm okay with that now.

I consider myself a very positive person and am determined to have confidence in who i am. So I've made it a habit that every time I look in the mirror I think something positive like "I am independent, confident and love life!" The way I see it is you can complain because roses have thorns or you can rejoice because thorns have roses.

What do you feel when you look in the mirror?
I think I like me, so, I feel good :)
I knew that I would, now.
I feel nice. Like sugar and spice.

Are you ok with the person you see?
I think I am more than ok with the person I see,
I am ecstactic, but in a good way, not superficially, or anything.

no one is ever fully content with what they see when they look in the mirror. You are your biggest critic, so when you see a small pimple on your forehead, it looks like mount rushmore when really its just a blur that no one actually notices.
the trick is to look at yourself in the mirror and stop hunting for something to critique, but instead compliment yourself!
tell yourself out loud that you have great legs, or that your stomach has a nice hour-glass shape to it, or that your eyes really stand out and are beautiful.

Want a chance to earn some wisdom, say yes to that question. I am. When I was young, I was never happy, but wouldn't trade it for anything for any reason. My wife married me, which meant she was attracted enough to let me woo her. My life I've built with her has been, and still is, a rewarding one. I don't even look that much anymore.

I certainly am, I am older, greyer and heavier but I also have been down a lot of hard times and came through it with a smile!

You have to be. Plus you must love yourself first before you can love others. I would hate to hate myself. I feel sorry for anyone thats dealing with that.
