Thanks to those who looked up information in regards to my question.

I went back and skimmed through programs I'd recently watched and found it to be the National Press Club http://npc.press.org/

Unfortunately it is a small picture in the upper left corner but is plainly visible in the movie.

Hi! I found a reference to the original Delta Chi fraternity at Cornell University whose insignia has since been altered: The owl, interlocking Delta and Chi, and the oil lamp, which appears on some of the early charters, may have been the work of the committee on charters which was formed in the spring of 1891. http://deltachi.org/history/emblem.php

Royal College of General Practitioners: The Roman lamp in the bottom of the shield represents the importance of study and research in the College and the links with nursing. A lamp is also a sign of enlightenment and comfort. The owl is traditionally the symbol of wisdom. http://www.rcgp.org.uk/services__contacts/history_heritage__archives/history__chronology/coat_of_arms.aspx
