In AZ on the eastern shore of Lake Havasu (a man made, dam created lake on the Colorado River.) In the summer, it is loaded with what are locally known as "River Rats"...young people (for the most part) who come in great numbers - mostly from CA and enjoy any manner of water sports. Lots of partying.

It is across route 95 from the lake itself.
