would they have to pay the U.S.A. some type of landing fee or docking fee? Does the U.S.A. own the moon? Did placing the flag mean it is a U.S. Territory?

No. The U.S. has signed the outer space treaty which forbids any government from claiming any celestial body.

No, no, and no. The US did not formally take possession of the Moon and even if they did many other nations, particularly the Chinese, would not recognise the claim.

Chinese or another nation's astronauts reaching the Moon would probably avoid the areas where the Apollo missions landed as a courtesy as they recognise that the bits and pieces left there are US government property. But mostly they would wish to survey a different area.

Why should any country need to pay USA when they land on the moon. USA does not own the moon. Placing their flag on the moon merely tell the world they have been up there that is all they can claim.

The moon is international territory, not "owned" by any country. The US planted a flag, but that was not a symbol of ownership, just of achievement.

Uhhh, no, they don't pay a fee, and no, the US does not OWN the moon. It was purely symbolic at the time of democracy triumphing over the tyrannies of communism.

No.
Im more worried of the fight of space, and soon satelite orbit space to deploy marines... my thought is by the time we colonize the moon we will have something outside of our solar system to fight, so hopefully we will be united across the globe, prior to the race for resources on the moon and furthur...

No. They just place their flags in the moon so that the next American generations will be proud of them.

But if they visited the US landing site they'd put and end to the HOAX theory. Unless of course, you think the CHINESE would CONSPIRE with the US to lie!

No, and it would be somewhat stupid to do so. The Moon is a chunk of rock, and you shouldn't be able to "claim" it.

People need to learn to share....
