okay i need real answers no this is better or not without explaining... so let me know what you think any reviews or sites with bechmarks for this two cpu coolers

Both will be good because your processor is a cool running 65 watter. The Vigor Monsoon ll would excel if you will overclock your processor.

I've had good results using Thermaltake coolers before, but not that particular model. I'd worry about it fitting in the case!

And the Monsoon thermoelectric will provide substantially better cooling.

The V1 as although peltier coolers are cooler in idling they are noisy and the V1 has beaten peltier coolers before in full burn(when better cooling is actually needed) and also some peltiers cause dangerous condensation.

Thermoelectric is better by far, if money is not a factor, then go with the monsoon. you should get cooler temperatures and it won't depend on ambient temperatures.
