I am getting ready to send off my headshots/resume to two different agencies. One agency specifically asks for two headshots. The other does not specify how many. Do you think two is enough?? Or would four be better??? And do I attatch my resume to each one, or just one of them?? Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated!! thanks!

For a first contact, I think one headshot and resume with a cover letter is enough. If you are invited for an interview, you would bring another, then obviously many more if you are represented by them.

For the agency who wants two headshots, yes you should probably have a resume for each in case they get separated or go to different people.

If I were an agent, I would want two headshots full face or just slightly turned with different styles of hair, one with regular makeup and one with very little makeup or without any at all, and I'd want a 3/4 view and a profile (side) view. So four shots minimum. One resume is sufficient. Most agents will have copy machines if they need more copies.

Out of those i could pass with the 4th one. Do you have any headshots with you smiling and showing your enamel basically somewhat? besides the shown fact that those are reliable headhsot and that they gets you interest, that is reliable to deliver a shot of you smiling and showing enamel. For the fundamental reason a great style of companies and casting directors will forget you in the event that they do no longer know the situation of your enamel, by way of fact a lot isn't stricken to spend the time to check out it extra if the subsequent photograph of yet another actor on their pile is showing a reliable pair of gnashers. it may sound somewhat stupid, yet some will pass onto the subsequent guy or woman of their submission pile just to save time in attempting to be sure if your enamel are in reliable order or no longer. It additionally relies upon a lot on the employer and what section they have an inclination to paintings in. that is a sturdy theory to deliver a different headshot to different companies, and casting directors staring on the character of the area. that is greater a guidline for actors who're commencing out however. in basic terms certainly one of various suggestions i've got picked up over ther years. suited of success chum. Paul.

I'd do two each and I'd attach the resume to both.
