I'm not 100% sure that I've been having them but I feel on occasion a tightening sensation in my abdomen. It usually doesn't last long and is slightly uncomfortable but not painful. Again I'm not sure though that it is them indeed. Sorry I'm no help

I just felt my belly tighten. Some were painful some were not. Sometimes it was like a menestural cramp. Dont let anyone tell you that a braxton hicks contraction shouldnt be painful they are full of crap lol. I thought this was the case and asked my OB and she said it was a bunch of bull. Some contractions are painful some are not, depends

Braxton Hicks contractions final for aproximately 30 seconds to two mins and are often referred to as train contractions. You would train respiring sports to get competent for the truly factor. If the contractions fade, don't get more potent or extra extreme, and shouldn't have a collection time among them, then it's Braxton Hicks and you have got not anything to fear approximately.

For me, it was a lot of squeezing on my tummy that would last about a minute. There was no pain, just a lot of pressure.
