what type of financial government assistance is available for newly released inmates?

i am a newly released offender and i'm trying to start a small business,but i can't get any financing because of my record.i would like to know if there's a government entity that helps whit financing ex offenders whit staring a business.

There probably isn't any if the Small Business Association can't help you....
