my brother is so poverty stricken that he has to work ALL THE TIME

he has to place his kids in a questionable daycare center where half educated youths are employed

is this ok, how might we help him?

. Find a good place for his kids to stay so he can work without worrying about them.
He must be spending a couple hundred $$ a week for day-care. Won't a relative take care of them for that price?

Report the daycare to DSS since they are operating illegally.
