My bf of 8 months is on vacation in Europe with his family..I was supposed to go, but I am taking summer classes to graduate college early. he has written me an email everyday, has called a few times, and tells me how much he misses me and wants me there with him. Could this be love?

Sounds like he is a very nice guy.
If he isn't in love then I don't know what love is....
I would say he does love you or is in very much LIKE with you.
If he asked you to go with him and his family that is a good sign also..
To bad you wasn't able to go...
