I don't think they can charge him with anything unless you have sex.

YES THEY CAN! The charges wont be as bad as they would be if you would have had sex... But, the charges wont be good, not good at all!... 4 yrs. is not to much of a difference but in the eyes of the law, he still could git charged for something along the lines of sex w/minor. So be careful of what you say to each other... Better yet, he should stay away from you... for is sake. GOOD LUCK!

They're just judging him...sorry, but it's basically against the law for a minor to be ummm with an adult, because(as you've noticed) ppl think there's something "going on". You might want to end it, or have him spend more time with your parents, so they get to know him. It happens all the time, and it mostly seems that the parents are just judging the boyfriends. But that's not all the time. Be CAREFUL!!! :D

well, that depends - have you SPOKEN sexually to him at all, especially over the internet, like is a messenger or something? If you have, he can be in some serious trouble - just as bad as if the two of you were sexually active. It depends on your state and the laws when it comes to minors and sex.
If there has been NOTHING sexual between you two, at all - then the most they can do is get a restraining order prohibiting him from coming near you or talking to you.

If you have never had sex or talked about it with each other, then all they can do is get a restraining order against him to keep him away from you and your family. If he has denied their requests of staying away from their home, then they can get him for harrassment. Other than that, there is not much more that they can do. Nothing very serious either way as long as he has not talked to you about or had sex with you.

they most liekly cant and WONT. but in case they do they might present to the court tht he raped u or had sex with a minor. The court will ask ur opinion butim sure if ur parents are smart they will say ur traumatized and dont know what ur saying or tht ur too blindingly in love or soemthing. But you should be careful and take a break from your boyfriend

yes, they can put JailBate charges against him. If you are under 17 and your significant other is 18 or over, then you need parents permission to date him.

depends. if you've never had sex, rape is not an option. however, if he has given you alcohol, drugs or even tobacco he can be charged with contributing. also, by being in his car w/o permission from your folks could get the police called on him and if you cross state lines- that's statutory rape and/or kidnapping

Rape, if you do have sex. If he just touches you it would probably be molestation. It will follow him the rest of his life.
If you don't have any contact, they can still have him arrested if he takes you anywhere they do not want you to go. He is an adult, you are not.
Please, for your sake and his, find a boy closer to your own age.
Good luck and best wishes.

If they don't believe you, statutory rape. They can also have him charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor. He is an adult. You are not.
