why do you have ants in your pants???? Or is there some kind of hidden question in here. Usually when someone says this it means that one can't sit still. Is this your problem?? If so you may just have a high energy level. find something to do with your time.

seriously, have you tried not stepping into an ant hill? or when you do, try taking a dip into a pool or river as water will flush them away as they can't swim.
