That is actually higher than a previous poll that was at 3%. Which had a -/+ 3% margin so, lol give or take who knows. Congress is doing what Democrats typically do, nothing. That is why the approval rating is so low. At least with Bush and the Republicans you know what you are going to get, like it or not. With the Democrats it seems like by now, people would also be aware of what to expect. I guess some people never learn. Although, they claim to be the smartest people in the country, much smarter than any Republican, thats why they keep voting for Dems because they are smarter.

Yea, actually it is the Republican combined rate, The actual Democrat Congress approval is 25%!

You forget 1/2 the Congress is Republican!

"Overall, American voters continue to trust Democrats more than Republicans on ten key issues tracked by Rasmussen Reports. However, Republicans have gained voter trust on the immigration issue over the past month. Another survey found that Democrats have an seven point advantage on the Generic Congressional Ballot."

The Democrats have a worse rating than Bush, because they are letting him get his way with them. They promised to end the war, and they ended up funding it. They really took a nose dive when they supported Bush's immigration plan. Those are the two main reasons. They need to oppose him instead of supporting him if they want better ratings. They haven't really passed any major laws because Bush vetoes all of them. They need to work harder at getting some Republican defections so they can override Bush's vetoes. That would score them huge points.

They can't explain. They can't explain the divide going on in their party now. They will never understand that conservative democrats just WILL NOT FOLLOW the far left socialst idea of the current national democrat leaders.

Its because they have not started impeachment preceeding agaisnt Bush yet, once this starts the approval rating will jump to 98%

History shows that Congress preceding the election does not effect the outcome of the presidency, this is the last attack the GOP can come up with.

I can explain that. Congress's group approval rating is ALWAYS lower than the Presidents. Now if we could just get a decent President into office, some things might start getting done.
