Try the lingriestore's customer service. You are asking a bunch of random people with Internet access. Half of us can help with the questions that belong here. NONE of us can help with lost orders from anywhere. Even if one of use worked for the lingriestore, we have no idea who you are. The were probably 1000s of orders placed on Aug 16.
