Can anybody get to that level of spirituality, see and feel things that never though you could, does it really exists?

I don't believe in human transcendental capabilities, I do believe that one can accomplish amazing feats at the deepest levels of meditation which, in all fairness, not many people are capable of due to the fact that it takes many years of practise and complete and utter isolation from any distractions.

Of course... just that one little technique has been around for over 40 years. Use a search engine to look at the scientific research that has been done on it ... brain wave research and so on. It changes a persons life to begin with and if you continue you will eventually find that which is hidden to everyone else.

Meditation is not something to believe in... you learn it and do it and you just enjoy a better life.

So in this case, the proof is in the pudding.

There is far more to our consciousness and the universe than we realise. Fascinating things can be done with meditation whatever level of illumination you achieve. It is senseless to tell you of things you have yet to experience, and redundant to speak of those you have. Begin and find out how far you can go.
