I'm learning how to convert DMS (degrees,minutes,seconds) to radians but I don't know how to convert this:

71.72 degrees

Divide 180 degrees by the given decimal in DMS form would give you an approximation.

So: 180 degrees/71.72 = use calculator.

The simplest way to do this would be to divide 180 by 71.72 and the answer would turn out to be approximately 2.51.

To convert from degrees to radians multiply the degrees by π/180

In your case

Radians = (71.72)(π/180)

Radians ≈ 0.398444 π or 1.25175
.
