If you are tired of hearing about it, then why don't you quit talking about it? Your posting is just a tad hypocritical of you.

I'm sick of people making a racial issue out of it. Jamie Foxx said something to the effect of "Brothers who grow up in the hood see dog fights all the time and probably don't realize it's wrong. We should give Vick the benefit of the doubt." PLEASE! That's an insult to Michael Vick and a lot of other black people as well. Vick is college educated. And it's not like he was doing it in the middle of downtown Atlanta. He was doing it secretly, meaning he KNEW it was wrong.

OMG, yes...sick of hearing about him and his dealings...and they just said on the news he was suspended, INDEFINITELY!!! Have not heard of the other stories, though...

In disciplining Vick, commissioner Roger Goodell said Vick's admitted conduct was "not only illegal but also cruel and reprehensible" and regardless whether he personally placed bets, "your actions in funding the betting and your association with illegal gambling both violate the terms of your NFL player contract and expose you to corrupting influences in derogation of one of the most fundamental responsibilities of an NFL player."

"You have engaged in conduct detrimental to the welfare of the NFL and have violated the league's personal conduct policy," Goodell told Vick in a letter after meeting in New York with Falcons president and general manager Rich McKay.

he should pay for his crimes, and so should everyone else, he is a celebrity. He is well known, and very much a star in lots of kids eyes, so yes he should pay for beating fighting and killing dogs for money, and sport? Dosn't he have enough of both? Or did? I have heard enough about his worthless a**, yes indeed.

Yeah, if you're famous and you step in sh*t, everybody wants to know how much, how deep and what kind. It sells the papers and gives the media something to gnaw on.
