Bleeding gills means toxins in the water. Have your water tested. Do a large water change, stop adding poisons, add stress coat conditioners, add live plants. Remove sick and injured fish, they may spread any disease to others.
Also, you may have animals trying to hurt them like certain birds, cats, racoons, etc. Try a small fence or something around your pond.

I'm not any fish expert, but I think you should take him out of the pond and put him into some kind of large container filled with water for now. After that, I think you should check the pond incase there are any sharp objects in the water or any other creature living there that he could be able to consume. (probably he ate something nonhealthy for a fishy?) Also, do you use any chemicals in your pond?

Sounds like swim bladder disease. The only thing I know of is peas. take a couple out of the freezer. thaw them out. PEEL them (this is important) and let the goldfish eat them. This is an effective treatment. may take a couple of days. Test the water in your pond before you put him back in.

It's most likely ammonia poisoning. Test the water or bring it to a local pet store to have them test it for you.

maybe youre fish got atttacked by big aminals who did went by to youre yard and was trying to caught it to eat it. that why fishes can bleed from their injury. i think you shouldnt leave youre fishes in the pond anymore. and even take the fish to the vet to see if there something they can gave yur pet fish for treatment.
