hi i'm looking for books on vampires but i don't want to read any crap about them turning into bats. so plese if you know a good one please say the tittle and if possible the auther

This is a loaded question for me.So I'm gonna say no,cause any book I point you to would just be my opinion of what's real.Not trying to be all Mr.smartguy with that,it's just that I really believe people are drawn to things for a reason.Your instincts will take you the right way.I will however tell you Dracula means son of dragon.So when all these IDIOTS who call themselves whelps start talking about Vlad this and Vlad that you may want to wonder why he is known as the son of the dragon and not the dragon it self.Stay away from people calling each other whelps(reincarnated puppies i think) and talking about blood,and go towards people talking about karmic energy and dragons.That should get you near your goal.

I don't know of any non fiction books on the subject, but I once read that the people who are thought to be vampires, because they're so pale, are actually living people , who are
are abnormal, such as the albino people. And that most vampire bats only attack cattle, at least in Mexico. There are, however, books on bats, if you can find them. I haven't found and read one, since I was 15.

There's a new one out called "Vampires: In Their Own Words" complied by Michelle Belanger that's amazing. I brought it yesterday, and I am so glad I did. It's a compilation of articles by real vampires on various aspects of the community and what their lives are like. I highly recommend it to anyone.
Also, if you search around, there are a few very good sites on the subject.
