In my opinion people should be allowed to wear what they feel comfortable wearing as long as they don,t show any nudity to offend other people, big deal. Why is it an issue now if it was not an issue before?

It is in fact unconstitutional to ban clothing. The clothes we were allow us to "express" ourselves. We were given the right to free speech, which has been extended to free expression by the precedent by many of the Supreme Court trials. Not only that, but what if people cannot afford to buy better clothing? It is not constitutional, and should not even be considered an issue.

Baggy pants, by and in themselves, are not the problem. What is a problem is when those pants are worn in such a manner that they constitute indecent exposure, as is frequently the case nowadays. (Not to mention the fact that tighter pants can be worn in an indecent way too.) Plus, baggy pants can be an easy way to conceal weapons- which, in our school systems, can be a legitimate reason in the interest of protecting students.

I can't stand those Baggy pants and shorts, the way I deal with it I don't wear them, its none of my business what someone else chooses to wear,or anyone elses,to many people like to stick their noses in other peoples business and try to tell them what they can do, different age groups have different fashions,we did,it will always be that way,SO get over it.!!!

Are you serious? No way someone should even spend time trying to make a law against shorts. Not to mention it is unconstitutional to make people wear certain shorts.

NO, it's not. People should be allowed to wear what they want, with in reason. But you know what really should be regulated? Resturant uniforms.

If nude beaches are legal, then certainly it can't be legal to ban certain clothing.
