It looks like they faced each other three times. Koufax ended up with a 2-1 record in the three games, while Marichal was 0-2:

Sandy DID best Juan 4-3 at LA Colisseum on Juan's error in 1961. Sandy tossed no-hitter beating Juan 5/11/63. Juan beat Koufax 7-1 5/24/63. They did not face each other in 1962 OR 1964. Juan Beat Koufax 5/9/65. In the Juan vs Roseboro game, 8/22/65, Juan got a no-decision and Koufax got the loss. Juan was 2-2-1 against Koufax; Koufax was 2-3 vs Juan.

May 11, 1963 (LA won 8-0)
May 24, 1963 (SF won 7-1)
August 22, 1965 (SF won 4-3)
The first two games were played in LA (the first at the Memorial Coliseum, the second at Dodger Stadium). The second two match-ups were played at Candlestick in San Francisco.
Koufax was 17-10 lifetime against the Giants. Marichal was 37-18 lifetime against the Dodgers

They faced each other in around September of 1962, with Koufax prevailing 5-3. I was at that game!
